CAMPUS ADMINISTRATOR & EXECUTIVE  ASSISTANT TO PASTOR COREY

The Campus Administrator/Executive Assistant will provide administrative & logistical support to the church as well as the Lead Pastor. They will ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of the overall operations of Impact Church. Additionally, they will be the first point of contact for internal and external inquiries/request of the campus, and will provide administrative support to team members.

 

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of one year administrative or support role.

  • Excellent time management skills

  • Ability to handle multiple projects effectively

  • Maintain and update Planning Center weekly

  • Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, written and organizational skills

  • Proven leadership skills

  • Familiar with Microsoft Office – Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Google Drive

  • Willingness to work after hours or on weekends as needed

  • Strong work ethic, and a commitment to excellence

  • Detailed oriented, creative, ability to learn new software applications

  • Strong administrative skills

  • Basic understanding of accounting

  • Project a professional and confident image

  • Ability to edit and proofread.

 

Responsibilities

  • Receive, answer phone calls and emails concerning campus and Lead Pastor

  • Prepare check request and purchase request for campus and Lead Pastor

  • Assist with Data entry to Planning Center

  • Sunday availability for both services for Lead Pastor

  • Maintain and file documents

  • Update church and lead pastor calendars

  • Respond to emails and phone calls within a 24- hour time frame

  • Maintain current contact information on vendors and company contacts

  • Answering phones and meeting public as needed

  • Prepare correspondence

  • Assist with calendar, schedule meetings, conferences, retreats, etc.

  • Coordinate travel and travel agenda for guest speakers and Lead Pastor

  • Maintain credit card receipts and reimbursements to submit to finance for campus as well as lead pastor

  • Assist in preparation of all department check request and purchase request

  • Other duties as assigned with relation to the Lead Pastor
